News and Announcements for MCC Island
Patch 0.7.0 has just gone live! This update contains Part 2 of our Badges update, in addition to some game balancing changes. Check out our update article here for more about the changes to Badges and more! 1.19.4 Support With this update, MCC Island now supports 1.19.4! We highly recommend updating to 1.19.4 as soon as you can, as the update contains a whole bunch of client-side performance improvements and bug fixes that speed up resource pack loading, improve FPS and reduce freezes. Due to this, and because us at Noxcrew are excited to be able to use all the new 1.19.4 tools as soon as we can, we are going to be ending support for 1.19.3 and lower at some point in the future. Hey there! I hope you're all really excited about the first set of new MCC teams today! But even with all the excitement, we still managed to squeeze in a little bug-fix filled patch! Introducing 0.6.2, which comes with just a few quality-of-life changes and bug-fixes. Changes and Fixes The volume of Sky Battle’s border shrink sound has been reduced by 50%. Clicking on an accessory/trail/aura in the Personal Menu now takes you to the correct tab of the Wardrobe, rather than always taking you to the Hats page. Removed a visible tooltip frame from the slider buttons in the Settings menu. Fixed a typo and reworded a few ban messages to make them clearer. Blocked off the ceiling and some higher caves on the Battle Box map Gold Mine.
It’s another week and that means another brand new patch! This patch focuses on some nice quality of life improvements as well as other minor changes. We’ve changed that so now you can always see the number of players in your current queue. This queue number will show the minimum number of players needed to start a game, rather than the maximum. Once it’s reached the minimum, it will change to show the maximum it can then reach. Together, these changes should mean you now have a much better idea of the state of the queues that you are in...
Four new maps are dropping onto the Island today! Skybattle, TGTTOS and Battlebox are all getting exciting new maps to run, swim and fight through so let’s dive in and show you what to expect. As usual, for the first two days of release, they will appear 50% of the time in the map pool for their specific game. After this period, the appearance rate for the maps will go back to normal! Sky Battle: Valhalla ⚔️ In Valhalla, you’ll find plenty of open terrain for intense close combat as well as high towers to conquer and parkour around! The initial fighting zone should give players who aren’t so comfortable with their block-placing skills a bit of a safety net to get stuck into the game and gather some gear before making their way...
