We've just announced that MCC Island Closed Beta is coming to an end to make way for Open Beta! So to celebrate, the MCC Island Dev team sat down with the MCC Island Community over on our Discord to answer all their burning questions! Listen to all the news and nonsense from that QnA here! After months of testing and preparation, we can finally say MCC Island’s Open Beta is about to begin! Now I know you’re all excited to jump on our sandy shores and see all that MCC Island has to offer, but before we open the gates to everyone, we have to close them for a short time. The MCC Island Server will close for approximately one week starting 16th May for maintenance and Open Beta Prep. Patch 0.7.5 has just dropped! Just a friendly reminder that our recent patches have been small because we're busy getting the Island ready for Open Beta. The team is working hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is perfect for the big launch. So don't worry, we're still working hard even if the updates are small. Patch 0.7.4 has just gone live! Just to remind everyone, we don't have any big content updates planned until we go into Open Beta - so that's why our patches may seem a bit small recently. Don't worry, the team is still hard at work behind the scenes getting the Island all ready for Open Beta! 1.19.4 Update In this patch we updated to 1.19.4. This means you can no longer join MCC Island on 1.19.2 or 1.19.3. We highly recommend updating to 1.19.4, as the update contains a whole bunch of client-side performance improvements and bug fixes that speed up resource pack loading, improve FPS and reduce freezes.
