HIGH PING OUT OF NO WHERE !!!

hi i have been playing since closed beta on 66ms . in open beta i had 100ms for a while but then out of no where i am only playing on 200ms wich is a pain like bruh . my internet speed is 300mbs and i live in ALGERIA north africa so almost europe so what happend like did the host change or smthng ? . thats my problem pls help and sorry my english is bad .
