Option to disable the beeping

Add a setting to disable the constant beeping sound effects. I don't even know where they're coming from but they are really annoying.

Sorry, because of my stuttery device I'm unable to attach a recording. However, I'm pretty sure the beeping is from the new islands spawning. The sound seems to run on master volume, so you can't just turn it off using the built in sound settings.

The mod “Island Utils” allows you to turn off island sound effects, so not individually but it lets you turn them down.
