For some reason, the country of the Russian Federation is on my website to get a ticket. That's why I can't get a ticket. And the country cannot be changed. What should I do?

In the store, just purchase the Admission Ticket (if you received in an email) and it will not ask you for any payment

If you're purchasing a fast pass ticket, go to the top-right corner and change the currency to whatever you need to be (ex. USD for American Dollars), then just purchase it by adding it to your cart, going to your cart, fillout out the boxes and checking out.

Unfortunately, our payment provider Tebex blocks any transactions from Russia, even if they are free. There isn't much we can do about this, so you'd have to wait until open beta when admission tickets are no longer necessary.
