Cannot send chat message

I just joined the server today and I cannot send anything in chat, all I can do is send private messages, anyone can help please ?

Hello!

Would you mind describing the issue further? Is anything popping up when you try to send a chat message?

If you have any mods enabled, try joining with a vanilla client and see if the issue persists.

Hi, basically when I tried typing in chat it sent "Cannot send chat message". I was playing with Optifine, I'll rejoin later today and try completely vanilla and update you if this wasn't the issue

I just logging in with the vanilla client and no mods at all, and still have the same issue, here is a picture of my minecraft, with chat and F3 on so you can see what happens, I can send private messages but no public chat at all

Hi, actually I found the issue, it was in 1.19.4 chat settings, I didn't know, but I had the "Chat" option on commands only, sorry. I never used 1.19 before and it's confusing. Thanks for the help anyways !
