Augment Durability Warning

This message would pop up when an augment is about to break, like "Your [Lucky Hook Augment] is about to break in (x) uses." (first, in 10 uses, then 1-5, similar to the players remaining messages in games)
It can also be toggled in the settings menu, in case a player doesn't want it flooding their chat
(P.S. it can also be applied to bait and lines, all toggleable)
